WeCysto® Plus - Edible gel and palatable tablets WeCysto® Plus is a complementary food developed to support urinary function, namely the internal lining of the bladder and inhibiting the attachment of bacteria in the urinary tract.

WeCysto® Plus Gel also contains ingredients to reduce and control stress levels, common in cats.

WeCysto® Plus is made up of a set of substances that reinforce this protective layer and also help control pain, inflammation, stress and anxiety.

Global Action on Feline Cystitis

The most common causes of this inflammation vary depending on species, gender and age. In the case of cats, compared to humans and dogs, cystitis is more common in children under 10 years of age, affecting females and males equally (and in males it is an urgent situation due to the risk of obstruction). The most predisposed feline breeds are domestic shorthairs and Persians. Normally, cats that develop this type of pathology live in a house without access to the outside, with several cats, are based on a dry diet and often have a body condition that is above ideal.

In young cats, around 75% of cystitis is caused by “plugs” or stress (idiopathic cystitis), stones are responsible for 20% and only 5% are bacterial in origin. In senior dogs and cats, the main origin of this pathology is bacterial.

WeCysto® Plus has a combination of structural agents such as Hyaluronic Acid and Glucosaminoglycans, responsible for the internal lining of the bladder, Omega 3 as an anti-inflammatory component and L-Tryptophan for stress reduction.

Cystitis is defined as inflammation of the bladder and can have several causes:

• Neoplasms or polyps
• Defects in its internal protective layer (Glucosaminoglycans - GAG's)

*To obtain a dose, press the bottle pump once. One dose is equivalent to 2 ml. It can be administered with food, directly into the animal's mouth or placed on the paw for the animal to lick.

**One tablet is equivalent to 892.5mg. It can be administered together with food or directly into the animal's mouth. Administer WeCysto® Plus for the period of time indicated by your veterinarian. do not exceed the recommended dose
