• Once We do not have permanent stock of all productsIn some cases we will have to order from our supplier.
• In case we do not have product stock the delivery time of your order may be 5 to 7 business days.
• Some of the products sold in our online store are processed (sold and sent) directly by suppliers to our customers. Some of our suppliers are outside the EU space, notably USA, Australia and China.
• In these cases, the delivery time of the product may be up to about 30 business days after the respective order. Regarding all products of this type, it is given, on the respective product page, an information note with information on the expected delivery time. The supplier always gives the customer of the state of the respective order by sending a number of tracking number as soon as it is issued from the origin.
