• All our products, except for food products and products where it is specifically informed that the choice of sizes is the responsibility of the customer, may be returned within 3 business days after the customer receives the product in their home.
• The product must be returned in the packaging and conditions in which the customer received it, that is, the package may not have been opened or the product used.
• The customer should contact PetDoctors via email explaining the reasons because it intends to return the product.
• The email should be sent up to 24 hours after the product has been delivered to the customer.
• Upon receipt of the email PETDOCTORS will send the customer a return authorization number that should be placed visibly outside the packaging in which the customer will return the product.
• Return costs run on the customer.
• Upon receipt of the returned product - and if it is in the conditions it has been sent to the customer - PetDoctors will issue a credit note, valid for one year, that the customer can use in one of our clinics or in our online store.
• Whenever the customer wants give back  cancel a purchase of a product sent directly by our suppliers, must wait for their receipt at home, after which you must contact us, within 3 days, to the email of PETDOCTORS CUSTOMER SUPPORT (apoio_cliente_loja@petdoctors.pt). The return will be accepted if the product is within the packaging in which it has been purchased and respects the specific information published in the respective page regarding any returns. Once the return is accepted, the customer must send us the product to the address indicated by customer support. Return costs should be borne by the customer. Upon receipt of the product returned in good condition, the customer will be made, the return of payment by credit note valid for one year, to which the processing and initial shipping costs will be deducted.
