DESCRIPTION:

• The soy protein isolate hydrolyzate, made up of low molecular weight peptides, is extremely digestible (high biological value) and has a low capacity for allergenic stimulation.


• The incorporation of very high doses of biotin, niacin and pantothenic acid, in combination with the zinc-linoleic acid complex, reduces transepidermal water loss (mitigating the phenomena of skin dehydration) and reinforces the skin's barrier effect.


• Contains Omega 3 fatty acids (EPA/DHA) that modulate skin inflammatory reactions and contribute to the integrity of the intestinal mucosa.


• The combination of fermentable fibers (beet pulp, fructo-oligosaccharides) with zeolite favors the balance of the digestive flora and protects the intestinal mucosa. This food does not contain gluten or lactose.

• Rice, hydrolysed soy protein extract, animal fats, minerals, hydrolysed poultry livers, beet pulp, soy oil, fructo-oligosaccharides, fish oil, borage oil, marigold extract (source of lutein).

Royal Canin Hypoallergenic DR 21 is indicated for: elimination diet, food allergies with dermatological and/or digestive manifestations, food intolerances, chronic inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), exocrine pancreatic insufficiency (EPI), chronic diarrhea, intestinal bacterial overgrowth.

Contraindications: pancreatitis or history of pancreatitis, hyperlipidemia.

Administration period: in case of suspicion of food allergy or intolerance, the dog's diet must be changed, without any food transition.

Hypoallergenic dietary treatment should be prescribed for the entire life of the animal.
