Ocucan Rufus Moisturizing Drops restore the balance of the tear film in dogs and cats. The presence of hyaluronic acid in the formula contributes to water retention and makes the tear film adhere to the corneal epithelium. Its viscoelastic properties make the viscosity increase when the eye is open and decrease with blinking, causing a lasting effect. Unlike other moisturizers, hyaluronic acid stays in the eye longer. HEC works as an additional humidifier giving the drops more viscosity and making them more comfortable.

Instructions for use
As a preventive or palliative in case of dry eyes
Instill one or two drops in each eye twice a day or as often as recommended by your veterinarian, ensuring that the animal has its eyes open so that the drops enter the conjunctival sac.
As a moisturizer during anesthesia
Apply several drops in each eye for the duration of the procedure and the animal remains with its eyes open.
