My Royal Canin is an exclusive space for you, who cares about your pet's food and well-being.
In this program you have at your disposal: promotions, discounts, food recommendations, expert advice and personalized content.
Being part of My Royal Canin will allow you to: select your preferred establishment, earn points, which we call Royals, for the purchase of Royal Canin food that you can exchange for discounts, consult the Royals that you can get for packaging and see your movement history.
The process is very easy.
- Register at my.royalcanin.pt or download the My Royal Canin APP by clicking here: App Store – Google Play .
- Take a horizontal photograph of the barcode of the food you purchased to scan it or manually enter the code.
- Upload your purchase receipt.
- Get discount vouchers with your accumulated Royals to redeem them at your usual establishment. You can print the discounts or take your QR code in the APP.
- Send us the coupon to petdoctors@petdoctors.pt .
- You will then receive a discount coupon of the same value, valid to use on our website, on the product you have chosen.
