WePaticare is a complementary food for dogs and cats, indicated in situations of liver failure such as:

• Dogs: Hepatitis; Drugs; Toxins; Infectious agents; Diseases associated with the breed; Idiopathic; Nodular regeneration and cirrhosis; Congenital portovascular diseases; Neoplasia; Hepatic nodular hyperplasia; Secondary liver disease.
• Cats: Neutrophilic cholangitis (suppurative); Lymphocytic cholangitis; Feline infectious peritonitis (FIP); Hepatic lipidosis; Acute toxic liver disease; Congenital portosystemic shunt; Neoplasia; Secondary liver disease.

Description:

WePaticare® was developed for a new Multimodal approach , focusing on the hepato-intestinal axis as a new strategy to support liver pathology.

WePaticare® improves the liver's ability to combat oxidative stress by modulating several antioxidant agents, in particular glutathione, the most important antioxidant in the liver. It also contributes to the intestinal regulation, improving digestion and immunity ; improves lipid metabolism, reducing fat accumulation, lipid peroxidation and preventing cellular damage; protects the liver from inflammation, fibrosis and increases its regenerative capacity ; strengthens detoxification capabilities and includes choleretic properties.

The liver is an organ with extreme importance in many essential functions: bile production; metabolism of lipids, carbohydrates and proteins; reserve of vitamins, minerals and glycogen; hormonal and amino acid regulation; immune system support; detox. It has excellent regenerative capacity, however certain pathologies can deteriorate liver regeneration. Liver damage can have various causes such as trauma, disruption of cellular processes and immune responses. The response to these injuries depends on several factors and, although some damage is reversible, the most serious can lead to cell death and the development of chronic diseases.

Usage advice:

WePaticare ® must be administered directly into the animal's mouth, according to the recommended dose in the table. Can be administered with food.

Animals up to 5 kg: 1 WePaticare ® Small Breeds and Cats tablet per day

Animals from 5 to 10 kg : 2 WePaticare® Small Breeds and Cats tablets per day

Animals from 10 to 20 kg : 1 WePaticare® Medium and Large Breeds tablet per day

Animals weighing 20 to 30 kg: 2 WePaticare® Medium and Large Breed tablets per day

Animals over 30 kg: 3 WePaticare® Medium and Large Breed tablets per day.
