Hills Prescription Diet Feline c/d Urinary Stress is recommended for:
- Initial nutritional management of cats with any type of Feline Lower Urinary Tract Disease (FLUTD), including feline idiopathic cystitis (FIC), crystalluria and/or urolithiasis and urethral plugs.
- Dissolution of sterile struvite uroliths.
- Long-term nutritional management of cats predisposed to:
Feline Idiopathic Cystitis (FIC).
Struvite crystals or uroliths, calcium oxalate and calcium phosphate** (reduction of recurrences).
Urethral plugs (almost exclusively associated with struvite crystals and calcium phosphate).
